I have built my own field box for my telescope out of frustration of having to setup AC power cords all the time. I also just purchased a Kendrick dew remover which is 12 volt, so I need a 12 volt source which I have incorporated into this fieldbox. You can check out my field box Here, I have had thoughts of building them for anyone that might want one, so if your Interested in one contact me and I'll send you more info on it. My e-mail is on the page with the field box.

NOTE: (9/1/2022) Having now moved back to Illinios, I have plans in my new location to build an observitory behind my home which will allow for reduced setup time each night. I don't have a timeframe on completion, but electrial work from the house to the final location is currently underway. It may be possible the observitory will be in place by winter 2025.
